I ordered the flowers on a Wednesday supposed to deliver that Friday and still ain’t got until Monday afternoon try to call customer service on that Friday afternoon to cancel the order. Got in contact with someone stayed on the phone on the for a couple of minutes then he hung up in my face I needed the flowers on this day and they disappointed me. Not good business at all they lost my business forever

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My husband has tried them three times and they have failed all 3 times! The first time he spent $200 and they delivered some busted up flowers that looked old and were rotten. The second time he order them for delivery, they delivered after hours and he paid extra to have them sent sooner to me, so I didn’t get them till the next day. This time he paid $170 and they last minute told him that they couldn’t fulfill his request. Mind you they charge $25 to have them delivered but ALWAYS have issues either fulfilling the job or sending some BS flowers. They offered to call me just to let me know that he was trying to send me. DO BETTER! You charge out the you know what but seem to have Dollar store service. People pay a lot of money for your “bouquet” of flowers and you can’t even do it right.

Never received. Ordered nice fruit/candy basket on Wednesday for hospital delivery. They claimed it was to be delivered Thursday. It's Friday, my Uncle has been discharged and it was NEVER received. Can't reach them by phone/mailbox is full. I need refund or delivery to his home. No way to contact.

I can’t say enough nice things to express how wonderful my experience was ordering from this florist! The woman I spoke with was so kind and fit me in for a last minute order because it was my sisters birthday. She was so thoughtful and really went above and beyond when she delivered the flowers. They were also absolutely stunning! We already told multiple people how great she was. I will be using her for any floral arrangements that I am order moving forward. Highly recommended!!
